An Apple a Day...

Keeps the doctor away right?...Well an apple or two a day may also help you lose weight more effectively.  Check out this article.  It starts on page 1 and continues in purple on page 4...

Add some apples to a high protein (lean protein that is...lay off the steaks) and high fiber diet and you are on your way!  Of course, don't forget the exercise!
